The number of Real Estate Transactions was UP 17% OVER 2011 AND 28% OVER 2010!
The total value of the sales was UP 37% OVER 2011 and a whopping 281% over 2010!
The average price per transaction was UP 15% over 2011 and 217% over 2010!
Even the smaller sales enjoyed an increase in average sales price - UP 6.5% over 2011 and almost 8% over 2010!
The trends are certainly headed in the right direction. Let's hope that they continue in 2013 and beyond!
